Shipping
Is the free shipping New Zealand wide?
Yes of course, all orders over $70 include free shipping nationwide – even to those living in the wop wops.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders aim to be delivered within 3-6 working days.
Will my order be tracked?
Yes! You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email so you can stalk your new gear all the way to your front door.
60 day trail period
How does the 60 Day Trial Period work?
Simply order your products risk free and try them yourself for up to 60 days. If within those 60 days from your order date you are not 100% happy, for any reason, we will provide a full refund – even if you have used them.
What if I have used my product?
That’s the great thing about a trial, you get to try the product and test it out for yourself. It is risk free shopping! You can buy it, try it and return it.
How do I return my product?
Just flick us an email at info@eyeswideocean.co.nz and we’ll happily sort you out with a refund or replacement – you decide. You will need to send the product back to us and cover the return shipping cost for change of mind purchases.
Payment
How can I pay?
Once you have selected your items head to the checkout where you can pay with your Credit/Debit Card or with your PayPal account (if you have one).
All our payments are securely handled by Stripe or PayPal and there is no need for an account to pay by Credit/Debit Card.
Orders
How do I make changes to my order?
If you’ve already made and paid for your order and need to request a change, it is most likely too late to make any changes. The best bet is to fire us a quick email to info@eyeswideocean.co.nz and if we havent already processed the order we should be able to help you out.
How do I cancel an order?

How do I return or exchange an order?
Oh no! That’s ok we understand and that’s why we have the 60 Day Trial Period so you can buy risk free. If it has been less than 60 days since you ordered your item simply send us an email at info@eyeswideocean.co.nz and we’ll happily sort you out with a refund or replacement – you decide.
What about return postage?
We highly advise that any item that is being returned is sent back to us with a tracking number. Note that the customer will be responsible for the return postage.
Where is my order?
You order has not turned up yet? What a bummer. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email from us yet then just drop an email to info@eyeswideocean.co.nz and we’ll investigate. If you have received a shipping notification just consult your tracking number for the latest update on where your package of goodies is at.
